He is a very well behaved and lovable dog.

Unfortunately they are moving this weekend and if we do not find a home for Chandler we have to take him to a animal shelter which I really do not want to happen.

care of them, as this is the unspoken agreement you made to them when you took them into your home.

Emotional blackmail eg: "I will have to take them to the SPCA" , "I will have to put them down" etc is not kind or fair on the animal lovers out
there! We spend all our spare time trying to re-home "unwanted" pets and believe me we have 1000's on the animal network looking for homes.

As awful as this sounds if you can't home your pets, take them to your vet and hold them while they are put to sleep, that is more humane than walking away from them, if you have not made 100% sure they have somewhere safe.

Remember lots of people will take your wonderful dog, to breed them over and over again in puppy mills, or use them as bait in dog fights.

Trust me, I don't write this to upset anyone but to advise you of the
reality.

LOVE THEM THEIR WHOLE LIVES PLEASE, you are all they have!

Would have been a nice touch if they send out a thank you with the same urgency as they sent out the call for help.

It is very important that there is an email AND cell contact – as a lot of people are just loathe to call – AS WELL AS PICS!

Hopefully we will learn along the grapevine if CHANDLER found a home though>

Chandler did find a new home; I phone repeatedly until I got hold of Bridget I decided I would give him a loving home. When I finally got through it was too late.

I agree that there should be an e-mail address I tried to phone at least 20 times.

Had a home for the 2 Poodles, but lady has since adopted a single Male as she was never able to get hold of owner?? Am always amazed when people put out appeals, but are NEVER available?
